May I suggest that "Kahexia senitis" is indeed "Kahexia senilis".
It would then be the equvalent of the latin "Cachexia Senilis".

According to the Webster :
CACHEXIA : " General poor health, with weakness and malnutrition; applied
sometimes to mental health".

SENILIS is "senile".
