Is there something akin to Researching Meldezettel for Dummies? I
have read and reread the Mormon microfilm catalog instructions for
determining which reel of the Vienna Population cards will contain a
given surname, and I admit defeat. I have zero comprehension of how
to proceed. Does anyone know of a tutorial for those of us who are
slow learners?
