I've posted a document in German for which I need a translation. It is on

This is a document relating to a Synagogue seat in Hranice relating to the
Wolf family (which later emigrated to Hungary). On the right hand side page
there are several names. I am particularly interested to know what is the
relationship between them. Is Sigmund related to Jakob Israel (My G5F)? how?
Are there any detailed about the people mentioned? also if possible who are
the Wolfs mentioned on the left hand page and is there any relationship
between them.
