Yes, these records exist for Ungvar--today Uzhgorod, Ukraine--but these have
not been microfilmed by the Mormons.
They are held in the Transcarpathian archives or the ZAGS (civil records
office) in Uzhgorod, both places that most researchers have not have much
luck with, whether visiting in person or hiring others to research for them.
We are all hopeful that this situation will change soon, but up until now
getting information without specific names, dates and events, is difficult.
