Records of HUNGARIAN FORCED LABOUR RECORDS #hungary

Eva Blanket

With Gabor Hirsh's guidance I was able to, at least I think I was, get to
the database referring to Hungarian Forced Labour Battalion records, but
unfortunately, it only seems to list those poor unfortunates who either died
or went missing whilst in the battalion. It did not list those who were
conscripted and survived.

I was hoping to get the unit number of my father's group and get insight to
where he was located.

In the photo Archive of the USHMM there are amazing photos of a Forced
Labour Battalion '108/57' taken by Adalbert FEHER at a place called Sianki.
As well as just the general information sought, I wondered if per chance,
my father might have been in this group.
Would anyone know if their would be a written list of the members of this
battalion '108/57'?
