Dear All,

I am very pleased to announce that the Szeged Jewish Community received funding to
digitize, index and catalog 25 linear meters of documents related to its history.
Within this project, we would like to transcribe documents that are an important resource
for those who are researching family >from Szeged and other communities >from this area.
The first batch of documents that we would like to have transcribed, is the list of
deportees >from Szeged >from 1944. It is about 90 pages, blurred typewritten text
(including occupations - in Hungarian). If you are willing and able to help, please
contact me off-list and I will send you images and the template (made by Nolan Altman -
thanks Nolan!).
