Whatâ€™s the name engraved on his tombstone?
It possible that the fatherâ€™s name was unknown to whoever filled the death
record, so they used the same name to fill the blank.
Another possibility could be that a son filled the death record, and where
he was supposed to write the fatherâ€™s name, he wrote his own fatherâ€™s name,
(even if he realized his mistake, he might have left it like that, as people
didnâ€™t find the accuracy of the certificates to be crucial.
