My father told me he owned a small factory in Cardiff, Wales in 1939. He had emigrated to England. and then Wales in 1938 >from Austria. In 1940, he and my mother were interred on the Isle of Man as enemy aliens. The factory was involved in textiles. My sister and I plan to visit Cardiff next year and would appreciate any advice on whether it is possible to locate any records which would indicate where the factory was located.
