A cousin has just joined me in researching our family. Since he lives in
Albany, he has offered to help look for vital records of our ancestors who
lived in upstate New York - Syracuse, Rochester, Watkins Glen, Clinton, etc.

Is there anyone who has experience with archives and libraries in Albany
who can give us some advice on what is available and where, and maybe some
tips how to get good service?
