Need help - German in marriage record #general

Dear JGenners,

I have posted on ViewMate (VM1811, VM1812, and VM1813) three
portions of the marriage record of my grandparents in Vienna. These
were photographed >from the records kept in the Israelitische
Kultusgemeinde Wien. I find the script German difficult to read. I
would greatly appreciate translations >from German to English of these
three items. They are

My great-grandfather was Pincus NEEDLEMAN >from Narovlya, Belarus. My dad
and brother did some
cemetery visits this summer, and in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Mespeth, Queens,
NY, they found some NIEDELMAN graves close to my great-grandparents. I'm
not sure if they fit into our family, but here is the information:

Ida NIEDELMAN, d. 12/31/1942, age 51 years
Gussie NEEDELMAN, d. 1/2/1954, age 95 years
Louis NIEDELMAN, d. 2/20/1910, age 53 years
Max NIEDELMAN, d. 12/1/1918, age 38 years.

I have tombstone photos of the above mentioned people if you are interested

My great grandfather's parents were Herschel NEEDLEMAN and Lena ROSENBERG.
Their children were Abraham Baer, Hinda Boscha, Simon, Pincus, Chaia Esther,
Sarah, Ethel and David. There are many variations on spelling of the last
name: Nodelman, Nadelman, Needelman, Niedelman. If you think there is any

One of my Bubbe's (>from Rokiskis) best dishes was hezel. Everyone loved it.It was basically the skin of the turkey neck that was stuffed, sewn

I am in the process of sorting through some materials >from the Kupishok
Benevolent Society of Cape Town which are mainly in Yiddish, but some of
which is in English. As I find things that may be of interest or pertain to
SA families, I will post them.

Today, I have a letter written on October 14, 1948 by:

E. (or B.) Sack
S. & S. Trading Co.
General Wholesale Merchants
1 & 2 Standard Bank Chambers
123 President Street
Johannesburg, SA

The letter was written to H.W. Sacher, 467 Albert Road, Salt River, Cape
Town, SA. It was an inquiry regarding an Abraham LEVIN in Vilna, a
Holocaust survivor, who was a relative of Mr. Sack. Mr. Sack was also a
cousin of Mrs. Ray Zieper of Cape Town who was a relative of Mr. Sacher
(Sachar).

Evidently, Mr. Sacher (Sachar) had placed an advert in the Jewish Afrikaner

Press about Mr. Levin.

As I mentioned in a prior posting, I have found another letter referring to
South Africans who were able to locate relatives who survived the Holocaust
through inquiries which were posted in the South African Jewish press.

The following letter was written on January 4, 1946 in response to such an
inquiry by:

S. Keidan
S. Keidan & Co. (PTY.) Limited
(Directors were S. & L. Keidan)
38, Rogers Street, Selby,
Johannesburg

The letter was written to V. Sachar, 11 Marseilles Mansions, Marseilles
Avenue, Sea Point, SA, regarding locating Mr. Keidan's cousin
Galasko-Rubinstein in Lithuania. He stated ". . . In these difficult times
for us Jews, we appreciate any help of finding out about our relations." He
also mentioned that he was able to locate additional relations in Palestine
and that he had already sent them money parcels.

Mr. Sachar was President of the Kupishok Benevolent Society in Cape Town and
did much to locate missing family after the War.
