There were fetal death certificates in the U.S. before 1939. The State of
Connecticut had "Certificate of a Stillbirth" forms that were being used at
from 1915-1922, when such certificates were issued for 4 siblings of my mother
in New Britain, CT.

There were fetal death certificates in the U.S. before 1939. The State of

I am having a very hard time trying to trace my husband's family from
Zgierz. I did find a document that showed that my father-in-law's
sister died in 1943 and she was married to someone by the name of
OFENBACH.

I think the last name was spelled SZAJNHOLC and my father-in-law's
name was Hersz. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
