Looking to connect with descendants of my Great-Grandfather Morris Chaikin
who died on Nov 16, 1932 & is Buried at Edmonton. He had 3 daughters besides
my Grandmother Annie who passed away in America in 1950. The other Sisters
Rae, Leah, and Celia Finkle died in England. Both Rae & Leah are also buried
in Edmonton. Celia is buried at the Rainham Cemetery in Essex. Celia had a
daughter Renee(Whom I was in Contact with years ago! They lived oat 50
Uxendon Hill in Wembley park.. Renee married a Harry Cohen & they had a
daughter Helen..Rae & Leah had children whom I met in 1973, but had no
contact since then. Does anyone know of this family?

Travel from Tulchin to England #ukraine

For what it's worth, some ancestors of mine migrated to Manchester England
from the Kaminetz Podolsk area (Nova Ushitza) in the late 1890s, and as far
as I recall, they traveled via Rotterdam to Hull England, and >from there overland to
Manchester. It sounds like Hull is a pretty good bet, although I think
certain other relatives >from Odessa may have even traveled via Danzig
(though that was to NY). I guess no passengers ships were headed to England
or the USA directly >from Odessa.
