Viewmate translation request -- Yiddish #lithuania

Susan and Andrew Markowitz <7puffins@...>

Dear Fellow Researchers,
I've posted a photo-postcard of what could be one or more of my
Dvorkovich/Dworkowitz relatives (originally >from Ariogala, Paneveyzs,
Lithuania) at the US Army's Displaced Persons Camp, Foehrenwald,
Germany. The front shows a group of men; the back contains Yiddish
text.

Would someone be kind enough to translate the Yiddish into English for
me? Here is the Viewmate address for the reverse-side text:
http://www.jewishgen.org/viewmate/viewmateview.asp?key=VM51722

And here is the Viewmate address for the photo itself:
http://www.jewishgen.org/viewmate/viewmateview.asp?key=VM51723

I am also hoping-against-hope that someone might recognize one or more
of the men in the photo (two of whom are marked with an "X"). The man
in center could be an official. The man on the far left resembles my
Dvorkovich/Dworkowitz-descendant father.

Kindly respond via the form provided in the Viewmate application.
Thanks so much for your help!
Best regards -- Susan Markowitz

Looking for Records from Ivangorod Poland (now known as Deblin) circa 1890's #poland

Susan Welsh <suewelsh@...>

Hi fellow Researchers.

I'm trying to find the birth certificate of my grandmother, Lieba
Eberbuch, and some of her siblings. She was born in Demblin/Deblin,
Poland, when it was known as Ivangorod, sometime circa 1885 - 1895. I am
also looking for the death certificate of her mother, Frajdla (nee
Zylberberg) Eberbuch who died around 1895, probably in the Lublin area.
I haven't been able to locate these records. Does anyone have any ideas
where else to search? I'm not sure records for this period were stored.

Many thanks for any help.

North Moravia. died 1938 in either Dachau or Buchenwald. married to Else LINDNER
(who was previously married to a Mr KEIL) in 1920 in Skotschau, Slaskie, Poland.
Leopold and Else lived together and separately, in Vienna, Austria >from 1915 to

She died in 1943.

My Great Grandmother's family were GRUN and I am trying to connect them with

I have Ruchel (Rachel) father as Naftaly Hirsch GRUN (1823-1879). I have her
mother as Leah MAURER (1878-?). Ruchel moved to London with her children following
the early death of her husband Chaim STARYSOLLER in 1890.

If anyone can connect the dots for me I would be most grateful.
