BAUER / WEISZ #hungary

andres.bayor@...

Dear all

I am trying to find information on my great grandmother REGINA WEISZ,
or REGI WEISZ

Regina was born in Hungary (ignore town) close to the year 1829.
She was married to IGNACZ BAUER HACKER, also born in Hungary in
Kecskemet the 21th of June, 1840.

As matrimony they had following "BAUER WEISZ" descendants:
Andras, Jolan, Helena, Aladar and Herman

I have gone through most available documentation, at least this is
what I believe, within JewishGen.org. Nevertheless I still maintain
hope that some of you might give me a little light or hint about her.

Thank you all, in advance!

Upper case for surnames #hungary

Josephine Rosenblum

In addition to putting surnames in capitals, try putting a space between
slashes, to improve readability. Look at the following lines:
SMITH/JACKSON/WALKER/MASON
SMITH / JACKSON / WALKER / MASON

The second line is slightly longer, but it is much easier to read, don't you
think?

Re: ** Schniatz ***: a surname or a place? #germany

Fritz Neubauer

"Geboren zu" means "born in", it should therefore be a place name, not a
surname.

I hope that helps.

Greetings.
I am relative hunting in Israeli records. It has been suggested that
searching the cemetery records in Hebrew would be more successful than
in English or using the Steve Morse interface.
If you would be willing to help me do this, please email me for the
several names I am seeking.
Thank you in advance.
