A recent presentation on NYC records explained that divorce records are a court matter, therefore you won't find them amongst the popular website collections from the Health or Clerk's

The main document, a few pages of testimony from Raya Levi, are in Yiddish. at the end are two pages in Hebrew with a summary of the testimony. You better have a Yiddish translator
all the best

Hello Eric,
It is a scan of a file at the Ghetto Fighters archive in Israel, including testimony given by Raia Levy from Guldingen, Latvia.
The first page - in Hebrew - is the cover page of the file

Do you have a picture of her grave? That might tell you her father's name. You can ask the cemetery to send you a picture too.
She might have been afraid of saying she was Jewish on the manifest.

They appear to be Reichmarks, as well as some Polish

Amnon,
There are two possible records to look for.
If the person was born 1870 or later, and was living in the mid-1930's than they could have filled in an SS5 (original Social Security application.)
