Zelig is Yiddish for Asher (both words mean "happy" in the sense of
"fortunate")
But Chaim is definitely not "Yiddish for Feivel". Chaim (Hayyim) is
Hebrew and Feivel is actually Yiddish --

and found that it is an Elks Lodge. There were many
"hits" when I searched.
