Like Steve said Shmuel Zev is the Hebrew name and he may have been known as Velvel since that is the Yiddish version of his middle name.

I keep my trees private and if someone wants to see one of them, I grant them permission or I offer to make them a small tree just with the part of the family we share and put a time limit how long
