A search of the latest addition to the database of a commercial site turned
up a relative in the set of films called "Detroit Crossings and Passenger
and Crew List", film M-1478, but the manifest card gave no more than his
name and date. As I do not believe this was an index card I am wondering if
the St. Albans Manifests (M1464) might contain the manifest information?
Could it be that they let him into the country by just putting his name on
the manifest card, and never really filled out the remainder of the card.
The only information on the card was his name, the date and at the bottom of
the card under ship and port of entry it shows a number, "524 #129222"
