I have been researching my grandfather's holocaust experiences. I am
grateful to the Genner community, which has been integral to my research.

On a displace persons registry form my grandfather's brother-in-law
recorded the following as the sequence of events that happened to them as
they fled Nazi occupied Poland;

"He was living in Sierpc-Poland until 1939. German M14 Author sent him and
his present wife (married in 1945. March) to Ghetto (Warshau) in 1939,
where they lived for 4 months. Then they escaped >from Ghetto and lived with
farmers in the country of Warshau-Poland till November 1946. As persecutors
for the reason of race, they escaped to Germany in November 1946."

I have been trying to find the "German M14 author" without any results. I
know that the Jews of Sierpc were explode >from Sierpc on November 8, 1939.

My question has 2 parts:

1. What is the M14 Author?

2. Is there a database or book that would have the individual edicts that
the Germans enacted even in individual shtels? like when individual shtels
had laws regarding the yellow star.
