I second The suggestion of Alexander Sigman us. He was our guide in Latvia and did a terrific job although I don’t think we had him do any research for us he is very dedicated and well-connected.

Yes, the stone does "clearly" say that he died in Kislev. In the English text, it says just as "clearly" that he died on the 5th of December, which would put the date in
