The "Moors" were - to the best of my knowledge - Moslem Berbers from
north Africa, and not "blacks" in the current sence of the term.

V'ESTONIA, there was no synagogue in Illuske, whereas there was a Mikve
and a Beit Midrash. Jews were not allowed in Illuske
