The town name Walladuk is probably misread. The first capital letter may be M (like in the handwritten Shoe Maker, May 25, Married,....).
The closest match I found is Malachovka (could d be ch?). One

There is no "W" in Cyrillic. I would suggest checking Polish, Lithuanian, or Latvian sources.
