ViewMate photograph - Zagare Folk School circa 1921 #general

Segal, Aron <Aron.Segal@...>

I have posted in ViewMate a (circa 1921) photograph of the Zagare Folk School.

I believe that my father Zvi (Hirsh/Girsh) SEGAL is in the top row, 10th >from
the left in the white outfit.

He left Zagare in 1929 for Australia where he joined his brother Aizyk SEGAL
and Uncle Henry SUSMAN/ZUSMAN. He managed to get his mother Leah (nee
SUSMAN/ZUSMAN) and sister Malka to Australia in 1935.

It would be wonderful to learn if someone can recognise a family member in
this photograph of a community almost entirely wiped out in October 1941.

It's located on ViewMate at the following address:

http://www.jewishgen.org/viewmate/viewmateview.asp?key=VM27347

Please respond via the form provided in the ViewMate application.

Warm regards,

Aron Segal
