If it was indeed unknown, it would be the generic catch-all "(Grandfather) son of Abraham/Avraham". That would not, however, exclude the possibility that Abraham/Avraham was his name..... Mike Coleman

Sonya's father's name is listed as Hirsch. Hirsch is the Yiddish word for a deer, and it's not so uncommon for it to have been used interchangeably with the Hebrew name Tzvi which has the same meaning
