Stop the daily digests #Help

After about 20 years in Jewish gen I all of a sudden started getting a digest in my inbox with tons of information that is irrelevant to me. How do I stop this?  I never signed up for it.

I agree. I don't want multiple emails on same day, but I can't find how to reduce them though the instructions say it is possible. Wasting time searching.
Should I have replied to group or to .. .   ?  How would I know?
We need clear instructions - 1) do .., 2) do ... etc

I managed to stop multiple emails. I use Gmail. At the bottom of the mail there is a button that says Home. Click on that and it will take you a site where you can manage your subscriptions, I chose daily summary. Hope this helps. There is a Hebrew expression that states "all beginnings are difficult".

I have always received discussion group email individually and now I am receiving
them as a digest.  This is not what i want.
How do I change it to single posts??

If you are having difficulty changing to a daily summary, try doing it from a computer instead of your phone. That may be true for some tablets also but I'm not sure. From a computer log in with the new password you created for the Discussion Group mailing. While at that site you can change your mailing frequency. I couldn't do it from my phone.
