Disappearance of Fulton History website with NY newspapers #usa

In the June 21, 2009 issue of the Avotaynu E-zine "Nu? What's New?" ,
Gary Mokotoff noted the extensive indexed database of NY state
newspapers on the FultonHistory website [
http://fultonhistory.com/Fulton.html ]. I found some extremely useful
articles on the site, even breaking through an old brick wall. But
when I tried to access the site today, the link, and variations of it,
yield only this message:

"Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)"

Even the cached history of the site has practically vanished >from the Internet.

Does anyone know what has happened to this site?

I am about to answer my own question.

After asking if anyone knew why the Fultonhistory website with its
excellent database of NY newspapers had vanished >from the Net, I
managed to track down the email of the web-master, Tom Tryniski. He
replied quickly with good news: he is in the process of adding
1,000,000 more old newspapers to the site and had to shut the server
down temporarily. The site should be up and running again soon:
