Translation of cause of death #galicia

Lancy

If someone out there can read and decipher the squiggly handwriting
of a Polish doctor's diagnosis (2 words), I will be very grateful.
I have just found my great-grandfather's death record and have
managed to translate it with one of the websites, except for the
cause of death.

Please contact me privately.

Thanks in advance.
