Are the Jewish names "Elyakim Getzel" a usual combination? #general

See http://www.hebrewletters.com/item.cfm?itemid=3641 which gives various
explanations for it, including Getzel Getzel being a Yiddish version of
Gottfried.

I know there are some commmon combinations of names such as "Yehuda
Leib", "Naftali Hertz", "Zvi Hersh", etc., but is "Elyakim Getzel" a common
combination too?
Also, what is the meaning of the name "Getzel"?

Thanks,
