If there is a good way, please someone speak up?

I used Yahoo Map and found the 13 Delancey in Manhattan. I checked with an Old
map, and it seems to agree. It was located between Bowrey and Chrystie. Using
A*.com, and searching Manhattan Districts, I found District 122 City of New
York, Sixth Assembly District.; 9th Election District. Bounded by Rivington,
Christie, Grand, Bowery

Rivington is North of Delancey and Grand is South.

Of course this assumes the accuracy of Yahoo and that the addresses did not change
on this street. There are 50 pages in the ED. Possibly someone with a high speed
internet connection could quickly find this address.

Need some help in locating the household(s) living at 13 1/2 Delancy Street
in the New York City census of 1900. Arriving passengers Raffael and Rebecca
Wolkenstein on the L'Aquitaine >from Harve on 14 July 1901, listed their
"aunt" at that address as their contact.

Can anyone convert that address to a District in Manhattan (I believe it is

By 1910 Raffael (now Ralph) and family were living on Barthgate Avenue in
the Bronx indexed in major site as WALKENSTEIN. In 1920, they are on Belmont
Avenue in the Bronx indexed as WALLENSTEIN.

Bonus quesiton: By the 1930 census, Ralph (again as Raffael) and wife (now
Marie or Mary) with children Lillian born about 1902 and Lewis (Louis) born
about 1904. Father and son are both builders. Trying to find out more about
Lillian and Lewis. Living in Bronx Dist 189.

Thank you!
