Translation of a German occupation #general

Robyn Dryen

Does anyone know the English translation of the occupation
"federnschmucker"? It was found on a 19th century Viennese burial
record and the feminine version was "federnschmuckerin".

The term is not in the JewishGen list of German occupations info file.

Many thanks for any assistance
