The language is either Czech or Slovakian -- it's easy to recognise those
two languages >from the frequent use of H where other Slavonic languages have
G. Even more characteristic is the "hacek" (little V-shape) over R...
As for whether it is Cech or Slovakian, I am not able to tell.
Since the letter was dated Brezno 1870, I think there is a fairly good
chance it is Slovakian.
Unfortunately, my Czech and Slovakian aren't even nearly good enough to
translate it... :)
