Check out Miriam Weiner's book on Jewish records in Ukraine. She lists the towns, types of historical records, and where they are located. My family comes >from Polonnoe, a few miles east of Shepetovka. I have gotten records on family >from archives in Zhitomir and Khmelnitskiy. You may find a similar situation for Shepetovka.
