Austrian citizenship for UK citizens

Is the scheme for Holocaust descendants to apply for Austrian citizenship already up and running in the UK? If so, where would one go to find out about it? On the JewishGen site I have only found a reference to this scheme for US citizens, and it doesn't come into force till September 1st 2020, but I have heard of UK citizens who have already gained citizenship.

The scheme is apparently going into operation from 2020. That is what the newspaper article that I found online said. No doubt there will be help springing up to help people with the documentation but it would be good to make initial enquiries…forewarned is forearmed etc.
