Trudy Barch

Dora Krasnowsky was born in Russia 1890-1910;  Maurice A. Anderson was born 1903 in Minnesota.  They married 1930-1935…the younger family thinks in Chicago.

According to the 1940 Inglewood, Los Angeles, California census (no children) in 1935 they lived in same place.  They never had children.

I can not find death dates, cemetery, obits (if they had) for either of them.   I tried FindaGrave, Los Angeles times, Jewish Journal,  familysearch.

Any other suggestions where I can look?

Thank you,   Trudy Barch,  FLorida

Hello Trudy -

Inglewood to Huntington Beach, in the ‘40s, was a hotbed of WWII industrial support - ships, planes, secret stuff, and later, getting us to the moon, so maybe employment could be a trail you follow - they might have even worked for Howard Hughes!

Let us know how it goes.

Ancestry has a family tree for them. There is quite a lot of information. You might want to get a trial subscription, so you could print all the available documents. If not, let me know. I could copy and email to you. Maurice died 8 Jan 1990 is Orange, Orange, CA. Dora died Oct 1976 in Newhall, Los Angeles, CA. She was born, according to Maurice's naturalization document, in Starodub, Russia. My husband's grandparents were also born there.
