Where can I get a copy of Vol XIV Number 3, Fall 1998, that was
mentioned in your message?
I am very much interested in Mr. Soshnikov's findings especially in the
Collection #2151 of the Mogilev Tresasury. You listed Mogilev Gubernia,
Bykhov District, Mogilev and Mogilev District. I am pretty sure my
grandparents came >from that area.
Please let me know how I can get the above information.
Also, what is the RAGAS Report?
