I don't know about in the USA, but it is available;able at the Memorial
Museum of Hungarian Speaking Jewry in Safed.

It does not list all WWI Hungarian Jewish soldiers, and is very hard to
consult as there is no index nor rime or reason as to what name and or
photographs appear where.

A valid project if a book can be accessed would be to create an index.
