I found the passport application for a great-aunt, Teresa MARTINEK. On the side is a stamp (like a rubber stamp) that says "Mar 22 1923 Certificate of Naturalization seen". Handwritten through and around the stamp is "Not Teresa Martinek attd M.M. Chas W. Pierce". Any ideas what that means?
