Dear friends,

I am helping my friend Galina to find her lost relatives in the USA.

The family we are looking for is: STONBERG or STONEBERG or STONEBURG.
3 uncles of Galina's father:
1. Motele: borne in 1877 in Ukrain. Came to USA 1901. He had 3 sons.
2. Itzik: borne in 1901, died 1979 in Miami.
His son - DAVID borne 1935 in Miami FL. He had 3 sons.
3. Velve: lived in Philadelphia.
The names (Motel, Itzik, Velve) probably been Americanized.

Galina's father got letters >from David. He wrote them to Russia around 1979
but they were in such fear >from the Soviet authorities then - so they
didn't answer him.
Few years ago Galina and her family immigrated to Israel.

I already sent about 50 letters to the STONBERGS I found. No luck yet.

Any ideas?
