To me it looks like PACHOW, but I don't find a similar name anywhere in
Poland. Might it be something other than PACHOW in Polish?

It does say Pachow, or Pakhov in a more accurate Russian
transliteration, and this name turns up occasionally. Try googling
Pakhov and Pakhova (the feminine form) and you'll find a few Russian
examples. Ditto for Pachow.
