Headers of birth registrations books in Galtizia 1900 to English #translation #poland #germany

I am looking for the translation of the headers of birth registration books used by civil authorities in Galitzia around 1900.
They are originally in German and Polish.
I do not find it in the help pages of MARVELOUS JRI-Poland, but I am sure someone has already done it.
