Hi:
If someone could translate these, I'd really appreciate it. I'm basically looking for their Hebrew names.

Thanks so much!

The left one reads:

Feivel Zevulun, son of Yisrael, died Shvat 26, 5697

The right one:

My husband and our dear father (Rabbi) Zeev, son of Tzvi, died Shvat 10, 5697

Normally the American names started with the same letter as the Jewish.

So Feivel became Phillip. The second one, I assume, was called Wolf (translation of Zeev in German or Yiddish) and so he became William

Just wanted to point out the symbol on Phillip's stone as you may know shows he was a member of the Free Masons, I don't know much about them or the significance of the letter G but you may be able to find out more about him through this.
Also William's Hebrew name is preceded by an acronym that means "our teacher the Rabbi". It does not necessarily mean he led a congregation but would signify being ordained a Rabbi. However it is also not so uncommon for it to be incorrectly included on a tombstone.

There have been two different readings of the date of death for William Jaffe.

It is the 10th of Shvat.

The letter G in Freemasonry stands for both the Great Architect of the Universe and Geometry....or, to be more technically correct, it stands for Geometry under the Great Architect of the Universe.

Just as the Supreme Architect of the Universe watches the revolutions of the planets and stars in the sky, so does HE, who placed each of us here, watch each of our movements, hears not only our words, but our thoughts, as well ...and it is to HIM that we are ultimately responsible.
