More on Mannie KATZOFF.
Mannie KATZOFF's 1922 passenger manifest (under name Menasze KACAF)
says nearest relative left behind in BL was Aunt Necha WEISBROT.
His passage was paid by HIAS.
He was bound for his brother Philip KATZHAFF in Brooklyn, NY.
Hope this helps,
There is a Mannie KATZOFF who naturalized in NYC. He was born 19 Mar 1906 Brest-Litovsk, Russia.

I have a chart detailing a group of KATZOFF siblings from
Brisk/Brest-Litovsk. I know that we are somehow connected but am
trying to research the exact connection. My grandfather, who left
Brisk/B.L. at the turn of the century and came to NYC was Reuven
Shraga (Philip) KATZOFF son of Reuven Shraga (born posthumously).
The siblings in the chart are:
Yosef-Poland, Argentina, Israel
maya Miriam-Poland, Argentina
There is another brother Manny who came to the USA but as , according
to the information i have, his father was also Menachem, I am not sure
if he was born also after his father's death, Manny is not Menachem or
some other mistake in the chart.
Another probable relative was an Arieh Leib KETZEV,, head of the
Israel diamond industry many years ago who, if I understood correctly
when I spoke to him many years ago was a holocaust survivor. His son
and grandson are lawyers in Israel.
