The book in question was not written by me but by Eliyahu Stern. Full bibliographic information is at https://www.jewishgen.org/yizkor/danzig/danzig.html, where you can see an English translation of the Table of Contents and one chapter, "The Troubled Voyage of the Illegal Immigrant Ship 'Astir'" (https://www.jewishgen.org/yizkor/danzig/dan267.html). This translation was done by JewishGen Danzig Research Division volunteer Tamar Amit, with support from volunteer Bryan Knoblauch and permission from Beit Lohamei HaGetaot (Ghetto Fighters' House). The rest of the book has not been translated into English by us or, as far as I know, anyone else. However, we would welcome volunteers who might like to work on this (or transcribing/proofreading the many genealogical records we have acquired).

Thank you, Logan,

Based on my findings through the initial lead you gave me by pointing me to the Levin/Perlbach letters in Jerusalem I am especially looking at the 19th century period. Hopefully, the new leads will help me further.
Thanks a lot.
