Her married name is Channe > Annie / Sarah Ann Lyss >Alper. Sometimes misspelled Hana. I've searched on ancestry, familysearch and myheritage (altho my search skills are imperfect) and in the NARA online database (scary!) without finding anything helpful. Is there any other way to find some information?
This is what I have been able to find:
Passenger arrival manifest for Channe Lyss and 5 of her children in 1904. Husband Morris and sons Sam and Jones came earlier.
Everyone in the family changed their name to Alper just after arrival.
Husband Morris naturalized in 1906, under old law that didn't require filing DOI or Petition. He died in 1910, after the census was taken.
Annie's 1905-1940 census records, all in Bronx or Manhattan, New York.
Annie probably naturalized between 1915 and 1920, as her status changed from "Al" to "Na" on the two census documents.
Sarah Ann death records in 1947. Parents name is Welhonitz or Wolkowitz
FINKELSTEIN, BOOKSTEIN, KOENIG/SUKOENIG, LUSMAN, GOLDINER, SAGORODER/ZAGORODER (Radziwillow, Belarus/Ukraine; Ostrog, Poland/Belarus; Warsaw, Poland; Wolinsky, Russia/Ukraine); LISS / ALPER (Motol, Minsk, Russia/Belarus) ; LEAF / LIFSCHITZ ( Rechitsa, Belarus)
During that time frame, Annie would have derived her citizenship status from her husband. She would not have separate naturalization documents. Also, unfortunately, the docs of that period do not list spouses or children by name.
Don't assume that since there is no status next to her name in the 1910 census that she isn't already a citizen: item #132 in the 1910 census instructions states that notations should only be made only for foreign born males, age 21 or over.

She actually would have been naturalized under her husband's application in 1906.
If she applied again separately, I would check the indexes at
If you a find an appropriate possibility, the images of the actual documents are available on familysearch EXCEPT for the Bronx & Queens naturaliations. Bx & Q are only available from the county clerk.
