It is in Russian, not in Belarussian.  I know both languages.  What is tell in this letter, that Minsk archive have no documents for family Krinski and recommended You contact Grodno historical Archive. e-mail: niab.grodno@...
About family Isserman or Esserman they recommended to contact Latvian state archive.  e-mail: lvva.raduraksti.lv/ru.html
They are inform you what in Minsk no archive documents survived from the year 1887-1889.
