Состоялось в городе Ново-Минске 20-го июля (2-го августа) 1915 года в 10 часов утра.  Явился лично житель города Ново-Минск Ицек Берг, 38 лет, торговец,  и в присутствии свидетелей: Вульфа Зильберберга, помошника равина, 43-х лет и Якова Богатого, учителя, 54-х лет, жителей города Ново-Минск и преявили нам мальчика, объявляя что он родился в городе Ново-Минск 15 (28-го) сентября 1910 года  в 8 часов вечера, от него и его законной жены Фрейды-Мириам, урожденной Ажицнер (возможно), 40 лет.  Мальчику этому при обрезании было дано имя Зыскинд.  Несвоевременное заявление сего акта последовало по оплошности отца.  Акт сей объявляющему и свидетелям прочитан и ими и нами подписан.

A resident of the city of Novo-Minsk, Itsek Berg, 38 years old, a merchant, personally appeared, and in the presence of witnesses: Wolf Zilberberg, an assistant rabbi, 43 years old, and Yakov Bogaty, a teacher, 54 years old, residents of the city of Novo-Minsk, and presented us with a boy , announcing that he was born in the city of Novo-Minsk on September 15 (28), 1910 at 8 o'clock in the evening, from him and his legal wife Freida-Miriam, nee Agzitsner (possibly), 40 years old. This boy was given the name Zyskind during circumcision. The untimely declaration of this act was followed by an oversight of the father. This act was read to the announcer and to the witnesses, and they and us signed.

This boy, when circumcised, was given the name Nuta. This act was read to the announcer and to the witnesses, and they and us signed.

In my previous translation (VM89169), name of a mother Freida-Miriam, nee Agzitsner (possibly) was not clear write in Russian cursive.  In VM89170 it is clear:  Fridlya-Miriam, nee Mytsner.
