I have been researching my Mothers side of the family. The  family surname is Brecher. For an unknown reason immigration papers (USA)  for my grandfather and his two sisters showed Sabath as a surname. ( Later changed back to Brecher.) There were two more brothers Israel and David Sabath who at some point immigrated to Israel.  I would like to find out more information about the Israel ,Sabath’s . I would also like to know why this back and forth between the surnames Brecher and Sabath.
