Error on 1851 Anglo-Jewry Database - how to submit corrections/edits? (John HART & family) #records

Hi Team,

I am researching my 4-great grandfather, John HART, licensed victualler, publican etc.   There are several records relating to his family on JCR-UK’s 1851 Anglo-Jewry Database, with an error relating to John HART the younger, born in 1840 (https://www.jewishgen.org/databases/c1851.php?rec=C1851c_0029009).    There is also a reference to the “GB DC” on son Richard Pelham HART’s page (https://www.jewishgen.org/databases/c1851.php?rec=C1851c_0029011).  What is the GB DC?
