A soundex search for Vosdowka at The Jewish Gazetteer finds different possibilities for a location, including Vystavka. https://www.jewishgen.org/Communities/LocTown.asp According to: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vystavka "Vystavka (Russian: Выставка) is the name of several rural localities in Russia." I cannot read Yiddish. What does the letter say in reference to camp Vosdowka? Is the timeframe during WW11, or might it refer to the Soviet Gulags?
