Need Help with Hebrew Translation from a Gravestone, Please! #translation

Kristine Ludwinski

Hello!  I would be so very appreciative if anyone who can read Hebrew would please provide a translation for the wording at the top of the gravestone shown at this link (I have tried a couple of translation services online that have given me varying results).  Thanks so much in advance for your help!

Considering that the stone has both the Hebrew Date of death and the Gregorian calendar date of death, it is clear that the deceased,
Tzvi the son of Moshe Mordechai died November 20, 1927, Sunday evening sometime between sunset and midnight, which was the beginning of the 26th day of the Jewish Month of Cheshvon, in the year 5688.

Hi Kristine,

I'd like to add a note to the good translations you got.
Tsvi is a Hebrew word meaning deer. In Yiddish it goes as Hirsch. This is the reason that his parents chose Harris as English name, a name sounding with some similarity with Hirsch.
